We offer places for an Indoor intimate wedding ceremony or a Beautiful outdoor wedding.

Wedding Packages

(We have a capacity of approximately 85-90 people for indoor and outdoor weddings)

We Do The Set Up For You !

We provide tables and chairs for the inside facility.  A pavilion and wooden benches are provided for outdoor weddings.

An appointment will be set up for you to meet with a staff member who will help you decide how best to arrange the wedding props, benches, chairs and tables for your wedding and reception. We do the set up of tables, chairs and benches for you.  All you have to do is add your own decorations and centerpieces.

You may use a caterer or host your own reception.  We have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and additional food tables to assist with your catering.

OUTDOOR WEDDING AND INDOOR RECEPTION

• A Outdoor Wedding Ceremony and Indoor Reception.

• The Venue is available on Saturday from 8 AM to 11 PM for use of the

  Outside Wedding Area for the Wedding and The Reception Room for the            

   Indoor reception.

• The Venue is available on Friday for 12 PM to 5 PM for decorating. Additional            

  time is $50.00 per hour.

• A Pavilion and Wooden wedding benches for the outside ceremony.

• Use of the wedding facility that may be used for an inside dance.

• The Reception Room includes tables and chairs.

• A Bridal Dressing Room. 

• You may use a caterer or host your own reception.  

• A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and additional food tables to   

  assist with your catering.

• Additional outside wedding décor may be provided by the customer

• All music must be provided by the customer. (A blue-tooth speaker available).

• Package Price $2500.00 (Taxes included).

INDOOR WEDDING AND RECEPTION

• The Venue Building is available on Saturday from 8 AM to 11 PM for use of the 

  Wedding  Ceremony and Reception.  (This package does not include the use

  of the outside wedding area and pavilion.)

• The Venue is available on Friday for 12 PM to 5 PM for decorating. Additional

  time is $50.00 per hour.

• Use of the wedding building that may be used for an inside dance.

• The Reception Room includes tables and chairs.

• A Bridal Dressing Room. 

• You may use a caterer or host your own reception.  

• A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and additional food tables to

  assist with your catering.

• Package Price $2000.00 (Taxes included).

Studio Terms and Conditions

1) A $75.00 fee is required to book your wedding and will be applied to the

   wedding package. The $75.00 fee is non-refundable if you do not return for

   your wedding.

   The balance for your wedding package will be required two weeks prior to

   your wedding date. Only two thirds of the package fee is refundable, should a

   cancellation be requested two weeks before your wedding.  Your wedding  

   may  be rescheduled within the next six months of your original wedding date,

   with no penalty, if another date is available.

2) A staff member may be present during your event and while you are on the  

    Venue  grounds                       

3) Marriage license information go to www.co.johnston.nc.us/ County  

    Departments, Register of Deeds, Marriage Licenses.
